would EA care to explain the Battlez League system?

I want to know how the Battlez League system works, I've asked EA help for an explanation and this is what i asked and their response;

(The case hase been closed and marked as "resolved" and i have cropped the first part of the reply to comply with forum rules as it contains his name, i also have the EA help pages on leagues).
