I haven't had a password issue with EA before but generally they would send a password reset link via email. Other than that, and for security reasons, there might not be any other way to recover your account. Have you created a help ticket with EA yet? They may be able to help you more than this forum can.

Contact EA HELP CENTER (below) and give them your player i.d. number and they might be able to help.
