blastberry vine arena seeds not awarded

Just passed 1,000 points where the final 300 seeds should have been awarded for blastberry vine and no seeds were awarded. Has anyone else had this problem? Under the season tab it says all prizes awarded but I've got blastberry vine still at level 4 with 0/300

Contact EA HELP CENTER (below) with your player i.d. number and report it as missing content and they should be able to sort it out, other playerd have had similar problems, usually showing an excessive number of crowns as well. 👑

At the bottom of this page it says HELP CENTER.

Tap on that and go through the process, you will need your player i.d. number from settings/ build version.

They WILL need your player i.d. number so they can deal with your complaint.

I suggest you (and anyone else who reads this and hasn't done so) screenshot or write down your player i.d. number because it makes dealing with any complaint so much easier for everyone.

No, they need to know who you are, you are not a person to them but a number, the player i.d. number is unique to you and they need to know who you are, please just tap on HELP CENTER and follow the process and they will give you your seeds.

sorry that i asked you before i do what you say seriously, i have do it and it's work, by the way my problem is missing 'pokra' award not seed packets and i must wait for sometime for answer, thank you very much, terima kasih banyak, good life
