@farrasaur1   I have had a look at your other post, it seems that you are missing 50 Pokra seed packets to unlock the plant.  So as @MAGICDAVESHROOM suggest, you need to open a missing content case with EA by clicking the HELP CENTER link at the bottom of this page, once you get to the correct section it will ask you to provide your player ID so the help staff can amend your account with the missing seed packets.
