Zombie is stuck and can't be defeated?

I'm currently playing Big Wave Beach Level 13 and I was almost about to complete the level before a zombie became stuck. It just stands still on the screen and my plants do not seem to register that it is there so I'm unable to defeat the zombie.

Is there anything I can do to solve this problem? I've already closed and restarted the app as well as exit the level and come back to it. However, I'm not really willing to restart the level after coming so close to finishing it as well as using many power-ups.

In the end, I restarted the level so this issue has been solved.

I'm glad you were able to resolve the issue.  I'm curious where on the screen the zombie was stuck at, and if you recall, what plants did you have active?
