We do sleep occasionally. 

Try restarting your phone, if you always open pvz2 through the google playstore it should always appear, so I'm told and here is a screenshot of another post on the same subject.

Always keep a screenshot of your player i.d. number just in case.

Thank you, i had the same issue as the OP and it got resolved to this. It does appear for a split second and i just spammed it and got it. Thanks
