I tried to purchase Jalapeño and Parsnip for my kid on his iPad where he is playing PvsZ 2. I approved the purchases as a parent but now they will not complete and simply say Pending. How can we get the purchases to complete??

Well then you may have to bite the bullet and contact Customer Support. When setting up the case select "Technical support" as your Topic and select your Platform, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit Contact Us..

Can you cancel the purchase and try again? I've never had this problem so that's all I can think of.

Bakit Ganyan na ngayon kanina ko pa na purchase yan ehh mahigit 3 hours na bakit pending pa din.. can you please fix this problem??
