This happened to me yesterday too and I followed your suggested method by spamming the rewards button, it eventually gave me my rewards. That was for over an hour and half of battles with the reward... lost count how many button presses I had made but guess it is more than 100 times. Thanks

@MuffinHirsch665 If you reach out on the support site, creating a live chat is your best option. Were you given that option when you created the ticket?

They replied quickly (less than 1h) but it was totally useless

Which league they were in.
What position within that league they finished.

I hope they will fix my issue and that will not happen again in 3 min
