Stuck on Loading or Bug....

A few hours ago. I bought Imitater then I got it right a way. But I had a problem with my electric peashooter and it will stuck on loading purchases.  EA PLEASE HELP ME TO FIX THIS. IF YOU DON'T WANT,  GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
