The plants of seasons that have passed, are acquireable in what way in the game?

Occasionally there is an improvemint event where powermints are made available with their seeds.

There are seasonal plants that come round at times such as Halloween or easter every year and also sometimes EA put seeds in the store that you can buy for gems (usually 25 gems for 20x seeds).
