Hi everybody ( or EA Service Team )

Recently I ran into a bug which was extremely annoying. 

Here is the bug :  when I was halfway watching the ads to get rewards, the game suddenly restarted from the loading screen and I also lost my rewards in that ads.

This has been happening to me for 6-7 times this week. It was extremely annoying and unacceptable.

Would any of you guys be happy to help me with this problem?
