NVM GOT IT  

I got plants vz zombies 2 for my kid, and we are on high level but now we lost our progress! i add money on it, but we didn't lost the coins we got or the characters. but we lost all the high level that we are :/ i think we wa son level 86 and now level 1.. please help... overtime we turn on the ps4 then again level 1 even we go up 1 or two :/

PLEASE HELP FOR MY KID :/
