PvsZ2 leveled up plants

What is the deal with plants showing a level M1, M2, M100, M200? How can you possibly have a leveled up sling pea shooter at M200?

To most players M can also be stand for Misery

The plant was maxed out but now there is a new "level' up beyond maxed out; Mastery.
