PvZ Mordern Warfare 2 Wierd Echoes and Crashes [ Edited ]

I just bought this game yesterday bcs my laptop meet the min req. But it appears to have a really wierd echoes for everything in game from character voice to music to sound effect, with annoying echoes. Whats happening? And of course, ea is lying about the min req for the game too.. The game lags on lowest settings oj my laptop, it never exceed 10fps and hardly below 20 fps. I regret buying it. The game also crashed and auto exit a lot of times. Does ea really love to lie about the min req so that more people will buy the game??
