PvZ 2 lost game profile

<p>Hello. I have been playing Plants vs. ZOMBIES 2 for 2 years and in one moment i lost all my progress. I played a survival level and the game crashed. After that i closed the game and started it one more time. Then I saw that all my progress was deleted. I had all rare plants such as Ghost Peper and all plants for gems. Please help me. I have played on this profile for 2 years. Profile nickname was Desier

I tried to use Google+ and Facebook but no result

Hi @Lenmarrrk,

You're going to hate me for suggesting that but can you double-check or even triple-check that you are logged under the correct user profile? 

When you sign into your Google+ account on the game's main menu, your progress syncs to your Google+ account.  It allows you to recover progress from the last sync point.
