Progress Lost

One day I was playing pvz2 then deleted it to free up some space then a few days later I reinstalled it but suddenly my progress was gone I still had my achievements but the progress I made was gone please someone help me.

The ability to restore a previous account to the game is broken.  Please report it to Customer Service.  If enough players report it maybe they'll fix it.
