Problem with restore purchases

I accidentally deleted my account data.when I restored purchases,it only restored and unlocked plants, but not restored seed package and gems.So they can't be restored or there are some problems?

Unfortunately, it's working as intended. There are two type of In-app purchases

1. Consumables like gems, coins, seed packets and so on. These items won't get restored.
2. Non-consumables (plants). Restoring is possible.
