Pop up tip keeps glitching.

I keep getting a message at the end of a map telling me about upgrading plants are amazing. I tap the message and it goes away and then pops back up.  So I tap it like crazy and it keeps popping up.  So I leave it alone and it goes away, and then pops back up!  It won’t let me complete the stage to move on.  My email is [edit: email address removed] if you have additional questions.

@cl0nez Hmmm.....this is an open forum so don't attempt to post your email address here for a start. Also, its only us players here on this forum. I have never experience such a problem before when playing the game. Have you tried turning off your device and turning it back on again to see if it goes away?
