I have been trying to get through to someone anyone but no luck.
My son who is 7 and autistic has managed to bypass my password and spend nearly 800 pound on my account.
Anyone else had this problem? thanks x

I suggest you contact your credit card company, not the first time this sort of thing has happened but it might take a long time to get your money back.

I assume you're in the UK🇬🇧 as you use the £ sign.
Contact the citizens advice bureau for guidance.
You might have to report your son to the police if you want your money back but the consequences for your son are probably negligible
as the bank probably just wants a crime number to tick a box.
I lost my wallet years ago and a neighbour picked it up and maxed out my credit card on a spending spree. I knew who it was (he was ordering and paying for all kinds of stuff and having it sent to his home address), i reported everything to the police and they refused to take any action whatsoever claiming they had so many fraud cases that they let bank security deal with it.
Bank security do nothing, because they're also overwhelmed and i eventually got most of my money back but it took a couple of months.
As your son is only 7 i doubt that they would even give him a mild talking to.

Good luck talking with EA sports as it's registered to a Swiss address, your best bet is through your credit card company.
