Please help i lost my progress!

I was really active back in 2015 and had so many good plants. Recently i got the motivation to play again but i lost all my data please help me i linked it with my google play. My email is [edit: email address removed].

Finally some help! Well when i log in it logs in normally and has all my old achievements from back in 2015 but when i click play it starts me back from level 1. I can give you all my info just please help me get my account back
