Plants vs zombies 2

I have plants vs zombies 2 on my tablet, since it was updated recently it is crashing. Sometimes I can play it but most of the time it will load for a little bit then just shut off. Please advise.

@jeremyt73 Could you please try the Basic Troubleshooting for Android Games or Basic Troubleshooting for iOS Games to see if those steps help?

I updated my Android LG G Pad with this last update a few days ago and now My Plants vs Zombies 2 app is crashing on launch and loading. It sometimes loads, but crashes if the "Quest Log" has a completed quest, and it crashes if I try to open the Log if the screen loads successfully.

Also, all my gold coins are gone, it has reduced to 0 when I had a few thousand the night before.

In addition, the "Free Coins" ad viewing option freezes the game and I have to force quit the game and re-launch to get it to allow play or access again.

I have tried restarting the device.

I have force-quit PvZ2 the app and all other apps.

I have cleared the app data and cache

I even tried uninstalling the app and downloaded/installed it again.

None of my coins were restored, and the crashing continues.

All my other apps on the tablet are able to launch and play without incident.

Please Advise.

Hi. Mine does a similar thing.
Since I updated for the newest world, it hasn't loaded at all.
The link for iOS troubleshooting doesn't work.
I have switched iPad on/off several times.
Please help? I miss my zombies.
