Plants vs Zombies 2 crashing on EA Logo

My plants vs zombies 2 keeps crashing on ea logo and I can never get it to work unless I reinstall it, once I do that it works until I do the first mission then it crashes again, I have tried reinstalling, resetting my device everything it is really annoying I just want to play the new future update, PLEASE HELP!
