Pending Strawburst

I bought Strawburst when Summer Nights event started, but game didn't give me Strawburst saying ,,pending" there, when I click on it there is endless loading, help.

In this case, I think you you need to follow the link below (provided by Heam, a PopCap official) and open a missing content case so the advisor can correct the error to your account manually.

Tap HELP at the bottom of the page and submit a missing content report to EA HELP CENTER. 

You will need to provide them with helpful screenshots and your player id number.

The release note says something has been fixed but my guess is that something has been broken at the same time.  There are quite a few players experienced this issue and I know that the dev team has been notified.

I have just read a post over subreddit with two players experienced similar issue.  They managed to get the plant simply by closing the App and then re-open, could you try the same and check if the new plant appears in your Almanac please?

I closed and re-opened game many times, nothing happened.
