PVZ2: losing purchased plants

Hello, I started playing this game a few years ago, and I eventually bought the Caulipower. I got a new iPad and I opened the game to try to make some more progress, and guess what I found. The caulipower that I had reluctantly shelled out $5 for had vanished. I don't know if there is a way to fix this because I'm not willing to give up another $5.

Never mind. I didn’t see the “Restore Purchases” button in the settings. We’re all good!

You need to contact EA advisor in this case. You'll need your player ID and proof of purchase.
