PVZ2 can i get my progress back?

So i started playing plants vs zombies 2 again and i wanted to get my old progress back so i signed in with google play games and it didn't work so i deleted the game and re-install it but i couldn't connect my google account because the icon was not there i was playing pvz2 on my old tablet but that tablet broke and now is there a way to get my account back and i don't remember my id so what i can do now i can get it back or that progress is gone forever?
