PVZ1 No coins after topping up

Greetings.

Can the team have a look at the "get more coins" for PVZ on iOs especifically the ‘Digger's Diamond Mine’? 

I spent 3.99 pounds on 16 Jun but until now I have received nothing. There supposes to be 600,000 coins in my account.

You need to contact EA HELP CENTER (below) and give them your player i.d. number and explain your problem.

EA support staff rarely look at this forum and the people posting on it don't work for EA.

They are usually pretty good at sorting out missing paid for content.

Hey there! Did our Support staff fix this for you as @MAGICDAVESHROOM recommended contacting? Whenever purchases don't show up, we advise restarting the device and double-check to make sure a real-life purchase has completed under your order history. In some cases it could still be pending which is why items or currency don't show up right away.
