Not getting Arena rewards [ Edited ]

In plants vs zombies 2 for android phone.

I Didn't get previous two seasons Arena rewards.

Obviously  I earned many arena scores and lanking is　surely not the latest.

However , in the end of the season, it said my score was zero and gave no reward.

It occured in previous two seasons in a law.

@8msp9q5rpfig Number 1- DO NOT POST YOUR PLAYER ID HERE!!!! Please take it down asap as this is a public forum and its possible for people to hack your account. Next- go down to the bottom of this page and tap on the HELP CENTRE- follow the instructions, report as missing content and supply pictures and your player ID to them. And while you are doing that, you also tell them to give you a new player ID because you have just posted yours here....

@8msp9q5rpfig Which phone are you using? This type of problem is device specific.
