No1st time rewards in Penny’s Pursuit

This has happened to me many times..when I first start Penny’s Pursuit, all my checks are already green.. So I never get the first time awards

@WalfordGazet usually i can do the first time rewards but the next day they all turn green, whether I've done them or not.

It's a bug and i suggest you tap HELP at the bottom of the page and make a missing content report with screenshots and they might give you some compensation.

I might start gathering details of players suffering this issue for Haem as she says their QA and engineering could not replicate the issue.

@WalfordGazet    Could you answer the following questions please? (Hopefully this would help the devs to reproduce the fault and then fix it) 

1) Name and model of the device and version of firmware is installed?

2) How many devices do you use to play this game on?

3) When did you start playing PVZ2?

4) Do you have more than one profile?

To all players whom have suffered the same issues, you are well come to add your confirmations.

I lead by example and put my own answers below:

1)   Apple iPhone7 plus, IOS 13.5.1

2)   One.  iPhone7 plus.  

3)   2013 July.

4)   Yes,  10 active and 28 inactive

@eieio_31310 I have pretty much the same specs and I don't have the auto complete bug. So let me add one question:

5) Do you use EA Email registration? (I don't)

Maybe it has something to do with EA pulling old 'info' from their server.

I am registered with EA's email registration scheme.

If i don't play the penny's pursuit trail when it first appears this is what happens overnight, all or most of the unplayed levels get filled in.

Hmm, an interesting thought.  Yes, I do.  (and more than once, thinking I could get an extra 100 gems but I did not.  Well, the true reason was the first email address I used was one of those 'spare' ones I had created purely for gathering junk mails but since I realised I need to entertain the HELP CENTER staffs on a weekly basis, I might as well give them an email address which I actually use.)

I am registered and I have 4 profiles, but play penny pursuit and arena on only 1 profile ...

I just started this weeks Pursuit, and so far No boxes checked , I will see what happens later on
