My progress got reset, I need help!!! [ Edited ]

I play this game over 3 years, and I spent few hundreds on this game. Yesterday when I play this game, the game was crashed and then I found out they reset my game progress!!!

If that's your current player i.d. number ask EA to issue you a new one as you published it in a public forum.
