Minor inconvenience (gems & coins wiped out)

Hi, I just had acquired and leveled up a shadow pea shooter and had around 120~ gems left and 6100~ coins left. Then, the game crashed and upon starting it again, I've discovered that I have no gems or coins left. It's not that great of a loss, but obviously I'd prefer if they were restored. Has this happened to anyone else?

Please report to them as missing content so they will get the right staff to assist you.

EDIT:  in your case, you should select   Had content and lost it.

Contact EA HELP (below) and give them your player i.d. number and they'll get your goodies back.

I don't even have the shadow pea offer in my store

@PowerToss   This could be a regional offer, I do not have that on mine neither.

Currently I have Electric Peashooter, Pyre Vine and Explode-o-nuts.

I have just seen the post on subreddit, it seems that Shadow Peashooter is going to be available to everyone tomorrow.

FYI: According to Haem Shadow Pea is going to be in the store next Monday.

It was in my store now it's gone, it was 250 seeds to unlock and 25 gems for 10x sp seeds and 10x ailmint family (i think).

There might be a quest for 50 seeds as well.
