That's normal. Hitting the jackpot of 5k (10k during Progressive) is almost as impossible as winning the lottery. Check your PM!

Yup, that link is so usefull, @MAGICDAVESHROOM 

for 2x coins (Sponsored by Progressive), just repeat step 1 from link (Two Times), after that you can farm (2x) coins like before
