I've found a few 14m strategies but this is the only one so far scoring over 15m.

If you wait for 10-15 seconds after setup you also get a burst of 600 sun as soon as you start.

I accidentally started a match without a sun producer and got 11m+ with five threepeaters and this variation gets me 15m+.
