Lost profile

I play this game long time ago, and then i install again on another device and log in with Google account, i lost my profile. I have ask the support team but they said my player id don't have my profile from that time.

Anybody can help?

Check the older device's Player ID and use that to recover your old profile. Otherwise, it's really not possible.
