So my phone died in the middle of me playing Endless. Charged the phone, went back to the game, my profile is gone.
But wait, it gets worse.
Not only is my profile gone on my phone, it's gone on my tablet as well. I had all the purchasable plants, over 100K coins, almost 300 gems, all the worlds beaten...And now it's all gone.
Replaying it all wouldn't be that huge a deal if I hadn't sunk money into this. Some of those plants were limited time, and I see no reason to pay again even for the ones that aren't.
So is there any hope of me getting my profile back or am I done with this game? Also, if I'm not getting my stuff back, how do I go about getting a refund?
