Lost all my save-data [ Edited ]

While playing on my table the game suddenly crashed and the tablet rebooted

Afterwards the table of playernames was empty even though i (re)connected to my synched google-account

Already opened a case an provided my playerId to EA

Hope they act soon, so i can (try to defend) my #2 in (one) jade-league ...

But i am curious: this is a bug or a hack-attempt?

PvZ2 never crashed on my tablet before....

Mine prob happened this morning, my phone accidentally drop from the table and the battery jump out, after i reset my phone and open the game, all of my data is gone although i try to synched my google account many times. I had already sent my ticket to EA. hope they will fix it soon so i could go back on the battlez. I just wwant my data back.

The problem was solved very fast by EA this time.
