Lost Players

in yestersday i play pvz2
it force stop and restart game!
i open again...
i log in google+ (my account)
but i not found my player (name=pichy)
i have a gem 182 and coins 500k+

i not found everthing.
i lost my player.
Why.
tell me to fix that.
