After watching my own video I realized that I wasted a lot of MG shot (Zomboss doesn't take damage when he is defeated but still in his animations 
)
So with better MG shot management and one extra plant food I got this:

Thanks, good to know! This forum doesn't support the video format .mp4. That's why I had to convert it first to upload it to the forum (worse quality).

@HenryThePear But are you getting the 3,4 mil more consistently?
I just tested it with my second profile with similar plant levels as you have. I don't have Fila-mint for this profile so I used Jalapeno. But I think Fila-Mint is the better option.
Hints and tips:
- Kill the first two or three stages by just spamming Magnifying Grass (without Filamint)
- Don't attack/use bomb when Zomboss is defeated but still in his animation
- Combine Bombard-Mint with Cherry Bomb
- Use plant food to recharge mints
