I thought a better score was possible but i ran out of attempts as i just wanted to get the 70x Chilly Pepper seeds out of the strEAk rewards.
In about 3 more rounds of 7-win-streaks you will get another 70 seeds.... with a side effect of 50 Meteor Flower seeds an 10x pinata seed packets throw in... 
I don't need any other seeds for my onesies and i did a cost/benefit analysis and currently have 130x seeds so i only need another 120 and as EA have stopped the +3 gems per purchase tax then it will cost me 192 sparkly gems in total unless some more free seeds pop up in the remaining 26 days the pinata is in the store.
It would also take me a minimum of an hour's solid playing because my brave onesies wouldn't win as often as my midsies even if i used your L1 strategy.
Week 253 preboosterama
This is also a low scoring week, I could not even break 500K on my first try. After trying out a few more strategies, below is the more stable which get me 600K+. I think it will be hard to break 1M on this tournament.
What my high level and mastery profiles failed to break, my level 1 has done it in boosterama!
Week 254 Boosterama
@eieio_31310 Nice strat. I use a slight variation of your strategy and replaced SBR with TT. When the Medusa Zombie appears, you can plant one CSD to trigger the new wave…otherwise it takes forever for new zombies to show up
Week 255 Zomboss tournament. This is my best so far for my level 1 plants, luckily I have had purchased enough seeds to unlock the plant during Christmas store offers.
Due to high sun cost and there is no slot available for me bringing in a sun producer, I fine tuned the strategy a little and start to focus on protecting the 3 middle lanes only, this helps to break 5M on good RNGs. This is now good for a 7-win streak.
