How to create two profiles together in PVZ2

I am playing pvz2 from 2018 and I made two profiles but now I am unable to continue with those 2 profiles.Please help me.

You can have more than one profile but only one player i.d. number, you have to choose the correct one or if you pick the wrong one then you start from the beginning with 4 plants in 1 profile.

You will need to have your 2018 Player ID for EA Help Center to assist you.

You need to explain in more detail, but the answer is probably to contact EA HELP CENTER (below) and give them your player i.d. number.

If you created two profiles then you should still be able to use both unless you did something stupid like select the wrong player identity when reinstalling.

@Himanshu122 Looks like maybe you have had the game deleted then re-installed and there's two different player IDs. Compare which one has the most plants/gems etc and take on that ID. Might be the one where you had 2 profiles could be the older player ID.
