Help internet provider cancelled my ea email

Hello the internet provider cancelled my email, so now I have an email in my ea account that i can not read. I need to change may email but i can’t becouse in order to edit a secondary email, the ea procedure tell me that a new code will be sent my old email (that I can not read!).

Is there a solution?
