Frozen gameplay

So I play pvz 2 and i closed my game during a level but when i went to reopen it was frozen i uninstalled and reinstalled nothing happened i restarted my phone and nothing so I'm stuck on a screen and i could only fast forward

There are compatibility issues with certain make of phone and or the phone's software (IOS or Android) revisions, may I ask what is the make of your phone and the software installed?

@htdcdum2bpn5 I had a similar issue with Pirate Seas Day 22. The game was stuck and a Swashbuckler's body was frozen. Try force closing the game and clearing all tabs. It worked for me. Hope this helps!
