First time i pay gem, lost money buy didnot received any gem

I try to buy 110 gem pack yesterdays, wait after  24 hour but can get any gem although my money  in vise card has been subtract. I send a question to ea but its seem not helpful, just a auto mail. My id in game is cain.

No its not successful, i lost my money but don't get any gem. I try to fix all things the help guide wrote but it not work. I sent mail but just got an auto mail back. I ask for refund but they don't accept. Its just a try so i lost just 10$ but its still a waste anh make very disappointed.
