Crashing

Keeps on crashing through games, so I lose gameplay/gems/coins/pinata/seed packets etc. I've cleared cache which it says in other forums.

But to no evail, I've restarted phone etc which is samsung 21 .

Any help epreciated

@MAGICDAVESHROOM PvZ2 is a quagmire. Restore Purchases appears everywhere. There’s no fix…because they’re not technically proficient.

@MAGICDAVESHROOM An EA rep suggested I clear my browser..and restart my device to fix the Restore Purchases Bug…not sure what to call it. I age waiting for a competent EA rep to fix this ongoing, never ending cancer.

I’m told…to disconnect my WiFi…to stop the restore purchases glitch..but this does not fix the problem.
