The controller icon and cloud icon have completely dissapeared and i dont know what to do.

I dont have the controller and cloud icon so I can't save and transfer the progress

I Have the progress in my phone and i have to transfer it to my tablet (the phone is android and the tablet too)

I also dont have AN account for my progress so I cant transfer it
