Cannot proceed

I’m a new player and i couldn’t proceed to level 5. Screen doesn’t allow me to press anything else but nothing happens when i pressed the blue arrow. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still not able to continue

There are a lot of problems at the moment, many players are having problems (especially with the store) and we were told they should have been fixed at the last update,  but they weren't.

Try restarting your phone.
