Bug on new weekly game Hocus Crocus

@eieio_31310 Mine only crashes if I don’t dig up HC- no matter what plants I use. Are they aware that the bug is in the new plant and not in its relationship with witch hazel?

I got the same problem. I have been playing and it popped out. 

I thought it was a iOS problem so I tried to reset and restart many times.

@jegroman Dig up hocus crocus as soon as the gameplay starts and don’t use it.

I’m having the same problem. It crashes most of the time and so frustrating you’re losing the gauntlets too. Can anyone help please? I am using IPad to play the game.

I also have this issue. Crashes Arena battle at random point (sometimes makes through whole game and I get my win) , loses gauntlet. Doesn't even give 1 point for losing the battle. I'm on Android 10 and not using Witch Hazel.

 I have started a case with EA to sort this out I cannot guarantee anything but hopefully with enough complaints they will fix this with a new patch.

PS mine is now working with Hocus Crocus but I got an update and access to Witch Hazel was removed. This is still a band aid solution as Witch Hazel is part of the same family as Hocus Crocos and with denied access to Witch Hazel does not make sense.

Oh, it also reset my streak back to zero. EA should give all of us a bunch of gauntlets for this.

So far, if I dig up Hocus Crocus right after hitting "Let's Rock!", it hasn't crashed. So this seems to fit with others' advice to dig up Hocus Crocus and that's the problem.
