Infi-nut is paramount to success.  Them fishermen are just down right nasty about drowning plants !!

Dual Tangle Kelp (TK) helps as does having Squash to protect Infi-Nut.  Cherry Bomb or Jalepeno can replace the second TK and throw in Magnet-shroom if you enjoy yanking/ripping off buckets !!

To each his own passion/enjoyment !

With plenty of SUN it might be possible to use Jack O'Lantern behind Infi-nut (two more columns farther right) to be rid of Fisherman (and even Octo for those levels).
