Battlez - Reporting cheaters & what are we doing

Battlez is a brand-new feature we're constantly making tweaks and adjustments to, such as matchmaking and addressing cheating issues. We're sorry about the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience and support as we continue to make changes to improve Battlez.
We've implemented methods to screen out cheaters in addition to ensuring improper replays are not uploaded to our servers. This is not a catch-all solution to all cheating in Battlez however we will continue to monitor and take action against this type of unwanted behavior. Based on community feedback, we will make improvements and adjustments where necessary.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A REPORT ON FOR A CHEATER ON PvZ 2?
We know you want to help us track down these cheaters as quickly as possible however reporting cheaters in any game can be tricky. Publicly calling out other players can lead to witch hunts or naming & shaming. For these reasons you aren't allowed to report other players on the PvZ 2 forums so be sure to follow the steps below:
- Click Contact us on EA Help.
- We recommend logging in to your EA Account.
- Select your Product.
- Select your Platform.
- For Topic, select Report a bug, then choose the Give feedback issue and tell us a little about it.
- Describe the issue and give us as much detail as possible
