The in game purchase was made through google play. For Plants Vs. Zombies 2. Therefore
"You can cancel the order in your in Origin > Your Profile > Edit Profile > Payments and shipping."
Does not apply. This is where I am stuck.

None of the In game "coins" have been used. It has been incredibly hard to figure out how to get the refund.

Support for PvZ 2 is not handled through help.ea.com but through support.popcap.com. Also, you can always follow the in-game help steps by opening the menu and tapping Help! The forums are not able to assist with refunds.
