Game crashing while playing in the arena

Not having anymore trouble in the arena  just having problems with several of the ads crashing and booting me out of the game. I tried several of the tips I found in the other posts, but unfortunately I'm still having trouble keeping my game from crashing. I'm playing on 2 android tablets (android version 11) and an android phone (android version 10).

I  noticed the zoo park ads seem to cause most of my crashes.

Also, how do we get back the lost gauntlets from crashing in the arena ?

@EA_Illium I am done, it costs me 2 first places in the Jade league, lots of credits and after crashing I still need to battle against stronger players and during Christmas nobody will fix it, what I do understand, but I am done, getting too frustrated during the holidays with a stupid game that should relax me. Anyways, enjoy the holidays. Cheers

Hi, have you been able to find a fix? I'm having the same problem. Been playing this game for years and thinking now it might be time to hang up the gloves.

@findawgone Did you use Snow Pea? some people said it was the culprit for crashing.

Thx for your reply. I did use the snow pea, I could replace it with an other plant, but I need it for my best plant line-up, otherwise I can’t get my high score. I have boosted snow pea to level seven and it shouldn’t crash the game. Merry Christmas

I am having same problem with my phone.

Android 11 -  Samsung S21

I lost so many points and gauntlets... probably 25+

I reboot my phone but did not work.

Look! Only 3 secs left but crashed... 😩😱
